Membership of CLIMB is voluntary and subject to approval. Submission of an application does not automatically grant membership.

Registration for any CLIMB event does not guarantee attendance. Attendance may be subject to invitation, membership status, capacity limitations, payment (where applicable), and approval by the organising committee. CLIMB reserves the right to cancel or decline registrations where necessary.
CLIMB reserves the right to change speakers, venues, dates, modify programmes, cancel or postpone events without prior notice where circumstances require. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered participants.
Where applicable, registration fees, membership fees or programme fees shall be communicated before payment. Payments made through the Website are subject to applicable payment provider terms.
Unless otherwise stated:

• Refunds are subject to the applicable refund policy.
• CLIMB reserves the right to refuse registrations where payment cannot be verified.

All members, attendees and users are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, respect and professionalism.

Participation does not require membership of any particular church denomination, but all users are expected to engage respectfully with CLIMB's Christian mission and programmes.
Unless otherwise stated, all Website content including logos, graphics, articles, videos, publications, images, designs, training materials and event materials are the intellectual property of CLIMB or its licensors.
