1. About CLIMB

CLIMB (Christian Leadership in the Marketplace) is a Christian marketplace leadership movement dedicated to activating, equipping, connecting and commissioning leaders to influence business, institutions and society through biblical values, excellence and Kingdom stewardship.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Website you confirm that:
• You have read and understood these Terms.
• You agree to comply with them.

3. Membership

Membership of CLIMB is voluntary and subject to approval. Submission of an application does not automatically grant membership.

CLIMB reserves the right to:

• Suspend membership
• Terminate membership where appropriate
without providing detailed reasons. Membership benefits may change from time to time.

4. Event Registration

Registration for any CLIMB event does not guarantee attendance. Attendance may be subject to invitation, membership status, capacity limitations, payment (where applicable), and approval by the organising committee. CLIMB reserves the right to cancel or decline registrations where necessary.

5. Event Changes

CLIMB reserves the right to change speakers, venues, dates, modify programmes, cancel or postpone events without prior notice where circumstances require. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered participants.

6. Payments

Where applicable, registration fees, membership fees or programme fees shall be communicated before payment. Payments made through the Website are subject to applicable payment provider terms.

Unless otherwise stated:
• Fees are non-transferable.
• Refunds are subject to the applicable refund policy.
• CLIMB reserves the right to refuse registrations where payment cannot be verified.

7. User Accounts

Users who create accounts are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality, keeping account information up to date, and all activity occurring under their account. You agree not to share login credentials, access another person's account, or attempt to compromise Website security.

8. Code of Conduct

All members, attendees and users are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, respect and professionalism.

CLIMB is founded upon biblical Christian principles. Participants are expected to respect the Christian identity and values of the organisation regardless of personal denomination or background.

Participation does not require membership of any particular church denomination, but all users are expected to engage respectfully with CLIMB's Christian mission and programmes.

Unless otherwise stated, all Website content including logos, graphics, articles, videos, publications, images, designs, training materials and event materials are the intellectual property of CLIMB or its licensors.
